New Telephone System

The practice will be updating the telephone system, week commencing 19th July.  The new phone system will allow patients to be put on hold and not have to redial and will wait in the queue.  We have listened to patient feedback and hope the new system will be to patient satisfaction.  Any feedback once it goes live would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your co-operation and patience while this is being upgraded
