If you are in crisis please consider the following options to access support:

Call the Sussex Mental Healthline on 0300 5000 101. They offer crisis care 24 hours a day, seven days a week to anyone in Sussex needing urgent mental health support.

If you feel you are not able to keep yourself safe, but do not need immediate medical assistance, you should call the Mental Health Rapid Response Service on 0300 304 0078 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week including bank holidays). MHRRS are able to offer immediate support, as well as refer on for further support from other mental health teams where needed. Patients, health professionals, and carers can also ring for advice.

Call the Samaritans on 116 123 or visit www.samaritans.org (for anyone distressed or thinking of suicide, or in crisis)
