We run all our surgeries by an appointment-only system. Appointments can be booked by telephoning the surgery, visiting the surgery in person or online.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10.00am. Home visits take up more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.
You need to register to use our online appointment booking service and this is best done in person at the surgery. Please speak to one of our receptionists.
Extended hours/commuter clinics
These appointments are primarily intended for pre-booked routine appointments for those patients who are unable to attend the surgery during our normal weekday hours (eg Commuters).
- 4th Monday of the Month 18:30-20.00 at The Brook
- Every Wednesday 07:30-08:00 Dr Golton at Rotherfield
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd Saturday of the Month 09:00-10:30 Duty Doctor at Rotherfield
During these hours there will be no reception service and the practice telephone service will not be available.

Improved access appointments
Evening and weekend appointments are now available to book in via our reception team. Appointment times will be between 6.30pm and 8.00pm and Sat 8am to 12pm on a rota basis.
