About us
Ashdown practice was founded since 1999, we have worked hard to give patients a comfortable and modern setting for their dental care.
Practice Policy
Our practice policy is to provide quality care to all our patients. We undertake extra training on all aspects of dentistry. And we are committed to high standards on safety and cross infection control. We regularly monitor our quality through clinical audits and patient feedback. Our practice is registered with the CQC.
Appointments
Can be made either by telephone or in person and we endeavor to meet your requirements.
Cancellations
If you not able to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give your appointment to someone else. We require at least 24 hours notice.
What if I am late?
WE understand that due to unforeseen circumstance you may be late. We will always try to keep your appointment open, but if the time remaining is not enough to allow treatment, I am sure you will appreciate that you will be asked to rebook.

All feedback is welcome so we can continually improve our services. If you have a complaint please ask at reception for the code of practice for complaints. We are more than happy to listen and hopefully provide an amicable solution in the event of anyone being less than happy with any aspect of our provision of care. We expect all members of the team to treat patient with respect and dignity. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to anyone who abuse team members.

How do I pay for my treatment?
After your consultation the dentist will provide you with an estimate of your treatment. We accept cash and any of the following cards:
VISA, Mastercard, Access, American Express, UCB and Diners Club International.

Patient confidentiality at our practice is taken seriously and all information about are patients is treated with the strictest confidence in accordance with our practice policy. All information is kept secure, and should any information be requested, this will not be done without your express permission.
