New Phone System

We now have a new phone system installed that is now live. You will have options to press when you contact us the options are 1 is for appointments, 2 is for enquires and option 3 is for secretary.  The secretary only deals with queries regarding referrals, please do not use the secretary for any other reason as you will be asked to call back and to select the correct option.  All calls made to the surgery and from the surgery are now RECORDED, this is for staff training and for auditing purposes.
